  • Founder / Head of Production

    Tom is a creative filmmaker with a desire to produce innovative content. He has acted as DP on short films and music videos, and has worked into camera department across film, TV, and the high-end commercial sector. Tom founded the GU Filmmaking Society in 2022.

  • Founder / Head of Logistics

    Zach is a detail oriented producer with a passion for bringing people together, creating a shared vision, and balancing creativity with business needs. He has worked in Film & TV in the locations department, on productions such as The Running Man, The Buccanneers, and Vigil S3.


  • Associate Filmmaker

    Hugo is a talented filmmaker and videographer with a strong portfolio, including wide-reaching content for social media. With an eye for visually striking images and precise edits, Hugo is a great addition to Ratio Films.

Ratio Films is a Glasgow-based videography & production company. Founded by Tom Adams and Zach Pearl, we are dedicated to crafting high-quality videos and telling captivating stories.

With over four years of experience in film/TV production, we specialise in promotional films, branded content, event coverage, and performance capture.

Equipped with state-of-the-art cinema cameras, we have the technical abilities and resources to deliver high-quality promotional material, with professional lighting, colour grading, editing, and audio mixing.

Our style leans towards the cinematic, with intent creative behind every shot. We aspire to push creative boundaries with each client, suited to their needs and wants.

Ratio Films covers all aspects of production, including pre-planning, writing and devising, filming, editing, and composing all within the remit agreed with each client.  On our website, you will find a range of projects we have enjoyed developing, on both larger and smaller budget scales.
